RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return or exchange within 14 days from when shipment is received to receive a refund minus the shipping cost. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to customer.service@bajaeast.com within 2 days of receipt for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn when returned.  No worn merchandise can be returned.
Domestic customers will be provided with a return label upon request to customer.service@bajaeast.com International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Baja East for the return/exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.
Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale. All sale items are final, and cannot be returned, however they can be exchanged dependent on existing stock.

Duties/Taxes and Customs Fee's may be due upon receipt and are not included in the shipping fee.
