Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
- Free Shipping in the United States for orders over $100.
- We do ship internationally, however, international customers are financially responsible for all shipping costs including duties, taxes, customs fees and brokerage fees (including returns/exchanges if applicable). Please contact the international department of the shipping company used for more information regarding customs clearance.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Return or exchange within 14 days from when shipment is received to receive a refund minus the shipping cost. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to customer.service@bajaeast.com within 2 days of receipt for any problems or concerns with merchandise.

- Items must be in their original packaging and unworn when returned. No worn merchandise can be returned.
- All sale items are final and cannot be returned, however they can be exchanged dependent on existing stock.
- Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale.
- Domestic customers will be provided with a return label upon request to customer.service@bajaeast.com.
- International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Baja East for the return/exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.
